Is USDT legal in Germany?｜German laws do not prohibit issuing and buying cryptocurrencies, as well as owning and trading them. Exactly the same rules apply to securities and precious metals.
Could you please clarify whether USDT is considered legal in Germany? I understand that German laws permit the issuance, purchase, ownership, and trading of cryptocurrencies. Given this, do the same regulations apply to USDT as they do to securities and precious metals? Would it be accurate to assume that USDT is also legal in Germany given its classification as a cryptocurrency? Thank you for your assistance in clarifying this matter.
